Freeze-dried control consisting of inactivated EHV-1 and EHV-4 strains diluted in a freeze-drying matrix. To be prepared and extracted in the same way as samples, to validate the efficiency of the nucleic acid extraction and the qPCR amplification processes and to monitor variations in analytical sensitivity.
