ID Gene™ BVDV/BDV Triplex 2.0

PCR

RT-qPCR kit for the qualitative RNA detection of BVD / BD viruses in ear notch samples, whole blood, serum, milk and organs

The test simultaneously amplifies target RNA as well as an endogenous and an exogenous non-target positive controls.
It includes a positive amplification control.
A standardized, freeze-dried positive extraction control to monitor variations in analytical sensitivity is sold separately (product code : PEC-BVDV).
This qPCR may be used with direct lysis for ear notch samples (no extraction step required, product code : EZNOTCHV2).
