Nucleic acid extraction using silica spin columns

The ID Gene™ Easy SPIN Extraction Kit – in 50 or 200 extractions format (product code: EZSPIN-50 or EZSPIN-200) – is a system of rapid extraction and purification of nucleic acids using silica columns, applicable to all matrices and veterinary pathogens.

This kit is formulated without ethanol: wash buffers are supplied in concentrated solutions and must be reconstituted with absolute ethanol before use.
