ID Gene™ Influenza H5/H7 Triplex 2.0

ID Gene™ Influenza H5/H7 Triplex 2.0 (IDFLUH5/7) kit is a RT-qPCR kit that amplifies target sequences in the genomes of Influenza A virus H5 and H7 subtypes. This kit is a qualitative Triplex test. It simultaneously amplifies target RNA sequences as well as an endogenous or exogenous non-target positive control.

This kit can be used to test swabs (tracheal, oropharyngeal and cloacal), organs (liver-spleen-kidney-pancreas-heart, intestine, lung-trachea, brain) from birds or environmental samples*. Either individual samples or pools of up to 5 swabs or 5 organs may be tested.
