ID Gene Lyo™ Influenza A Multi-species Triplex

Real-time RT-PCR kit for the qualitative detection of Influenza A virus RNA on various samples (depending on species).

The ID Gene Lyo™ Influenza A Multi-species Triplex kit is a freeze dried, qualitative Triplex detection kit that simultaneously detects, in real time:

  • A target sequence specific of Influenza A virus in the FAM™ channel,
  • A sequence specific of the Endogenous Non-Target Positive Control (NTPCen), in the VIC®/HEX™ channel,
  • A sequence specific of the Exogenous Non-Target Positive Control (NTPC-EXO1), added to environmental samples and optionnaly to all sample prior to extraction, to assess the presence of RT-qPCR inhibitors, in the Cy5 Channel.

AVIAN : Swab (tracheal, oropharyngeal, cloacal) individual or pool of 5; Organ (lung-trachea, liver-liver-kidney-pancreas-heart, intestine, brain) individual or pool of 5; Environmental samples by surface wipe, boot swab or drinking water swabs; individual; Faeces individual or pool of 5; Feather bulb, individual or pool of 5. SWINE: Nasal / nasopharyngeal swabs individual or pool of 5; Oral fluids individual or pool of 5 and oral fluids collected on a rope with a pen; Tracheobronchial wash individual or pool of 5; Organ individual or pool of 5; Environmental samples by surface wipe or boot swab; individual. HORSE: Nasal / nasopharyngeal swab in MEM or dry medium, individually. CATTLE: Milk individual or tank milk; Nasal/nasopharyngeal swab individual or pool of 5.
