The ID Gene Lyo™ LSD DIVA Triplex 2.0 (product code: IDLSDIVA2L) kit is a qualitative Triplex real time PCR kit that simultaneously detects:

  • A target sequence specific to the Lumpy skin Disease virus (LSDV) in the FAM™ channel.
  • A target sequence specific to the LSDV based vaccine strains, in the VIC®/ HEX™ channel.
  • A sequence specific to the Exogenous Non-Target Positive Control (NTPC-LSDIVA) in the Cy5 channel.
