Located in Montpellier, France, our 250m² P2 laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art fermentation and downstream systems.
- Our fermentation equipment includes 25 reactors of 2L, 2 reactors of 20L and a mass spectrometer;
- Our downstream processing technologies include filtration and centrifugation, sonication, bead milling, chromatography, freeze-drying, etc.
Our experience:
- More than 10 years of experience in bioprocess engineering (screening, fermentation optimization, scale up and batch production or assistance in industrialization)
- We have developed a variety of commercial fermentation-based products
- We work for various industries: diagnostics, human health, cosmetics, human and animal nutrition, environment, phytosanitary, etc.
Our areas of expertise:
- Cultivating a wide range of microbial organisms (yeast, bacteria, fungi, BSL1, BSL2, GMO, aerobic or anaerobic microorganisms),
- Developing high cell-density processes,
- Optimizing the production of intracellular and extracellular molecules,
- Developing a wide variety of fermentation processes: batch/fed batch/chemostat.
