The Direct Lysis Buffer Version 2 (40 mL) (product code: DLBV2-40ML) is a buffer allowing:
- either the extraction of nucleic acids by rapid direct lysis, without purification.
- or the pre-treatment of samples, before extraction and purification of nucleic acids on columns or by magnetic beads.
This buffer is prepared by mixing the Sample Preparation Buffer (SPB-40) and the Direct Lysis Additive n°2 (DL2) and adding the label provided.
