RT-qPCR for the qualitative detection of avian coronaviruses (including all IBV variants and coronaviruses isolated from turkeys, pheasants and pigeons) in swabs, organs, or nucleic acid storage cards

The test amplifies a target sequence as well as an exogenous control.
The kit includes a positive amplification control (PAC).
A standardized, freeze-dried positive extraction control to monitor variations in analytical sensitivity is sold separately (product code : PEC-IBV).
