ID Gene Lyo™ Salmonella spp Duplex

Real-time PCR kit for the qualitative detection of Salmonella spp. DNA in environmental samples from poultry farming, organs, bacterial culture and nucleic acid storage cards.

The ID Gene Lyo™ Salmonella spp Duplex kit is a qualitative duplex real-time PCR kit that simultaneously detects:

  • a target sequence specific to the Salmonella spp. genome, in the FAM™ channel.
  • a sequence specific to the Exogenous Non-Target Positive Control NTPC-EXO1, in the VIC®/HEX™ channel.

The ID Gene Lyo™ Salmonella spp Duplex kit is provided with an amplification reaction mixture in freeze-dried format, for greater stability over time and improved resistance to transport conditions. It is transported at room temperature, making shipping simpler, more economical and more environmentally friendly.
