RT-qPCR for the qualitative detection of NDV in swabs, organs or nucleic acid storage cards (individual samples or pools up to 5)

The test amplifies a target sequence as well as an exogenous control.
The kit includes a positive amplification control (PAC).
A standardized, freeze-dried positive extraction control to monitor variations in analytical sensitivity is sold separately (product code : PEC-NDV).
