Mycobacterium avium subsp. paratuberculosis (Map)

ID Screen® Paratuberculosis Indirect

ELISA

Indirect absorbed ELISA for the detection of anti- Mycobacterium avium subsp. paratuberculosis (Map) antibodies in ruminant serum, plasma and milk

Screening and Confirmation formats available. In the confirmation format, each sample is tested in a coated well (even columns) and in an adjacent non-coated well (odd columns). Results are calculated with respect to the corrected sample OD (even well OD – odd well OD).
