ID Gene Lyo™ Avibacterium paragallinarum Duplex

Real-time PCR kit for the qualitative detection of Avibacterium paragallinarum DNA in swabs, organs, and nucleic acid storage cards.

The ID Gene Lyo™Avibacterium paragallinarum Duplex kit is a qualitative duplex real-time PCR kit that simultaneously detects:

  • a target sequence specific to the genome of Avibacterium paragallinarum, the agent responsible of Infectious Coryza, in the FAM™ channel
  • a sequence specific the Endogenous Non-Target Positive Control (NTPCen) an ubiquitous gene inherently present in cells from chicken, pheasant, guinea fowl and pigeon,and other A. paragallinarum susceptible species, in the VIC®/HEX™channel.

The ID Gene Lyo™ Avibacterium paragallinarum Duplex is provided with of an amplification reaction mixture in freeze-dried format, for greater stability over time and improved resistance to transport conditions. It is transported at room temperature, making shipping simpler, more economical and more environmentally friendly.
