ID Gene Lyo™ MG/MS Triplex

Real-time PCR kit for the qualitative detection of Mycoplasma gallisepticum and Mycoplasma synoviae DNAs in swabs, organs and nucleic acid storage card.

The ID Gene Lyo™ MG/MS Triplex kit is a freeze dried, qualitative triplex detection kit that simultaneously detects, in real time:

  • a target sequence specific to the Mycoplasma gallisepticum genome, in the FAM™ channel
  • a target sequence specific to the Mycoplasma synoviae genome, in the VIC®/HEX™ channel,
  • a sequence specific to the Endogenous non-target positive control NTPCen, a ubiquitous gene inherently present in birds cells, in the Cy5 channel.
